The staff were accommodating and excellent and the location was magnificent very close to everything.

Ideal location with great view of the bay. Comfortable beds, satellite television, climate control and a microwave in the room. Food was tasty, staff was very helpful.

I greatly enjoyed the stay and would stay here again. Had 4 nights in Hervey Bay, spending my time here really good. The venue was in a beachfront location right by restaurants and shops close by, the centre of the both ends of the Esplanade and shops and cafes.

Ideal location, great views of the beach opposite and very very helpful staff. Location close to restaurants within walking distance and Handy to bus transport and shops, cafes, beach, walking paths and picnic areas.

I was disappointed in that the advertising claimed free internet yet this was not the case so I had to tether to my iPhone to give me limited access to internet for my work!

The location and the room size was suitable for our needs as was the amenities. Location was awesome too.

The smell of cleaning products in our room was overpowering and gave us a headache for the first night. The front desk only welcomed us and didn't ask at anytime how our accomodation was etc and at checkout no one asked if we enjoyed our stay, it was just take keys and goodbye!! Over all the facilities were really good but staff could work on there customer service. For that simple fact we won be staying there again.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a nice balcony overlooking the water. the bed was extremely comfy. - the hotel had a central location close to great restaurants. - It was not far from a beautiful swimming beach, the Esplanade, shops, the Pier, and other attractions.

The staff here were wonderful and made sure all guests were well taken care of; furthermore, the location is fantastic with close proximity to the beach, walking paths, and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby.

Great aspect - view over the beach, plenty of sun in the morning, very nice sitting on the balcony. The apartment is clean, tidy, and well appointed. In particular I found it very light and airy inside. Easy off-street parking and easy access to the building. All of that said, this is not a 'top of the range' apartment, more good 'middle of the road'. The price was right though and I'd happily go back.
